TOPRAMEZONE 2% + NICOSULFURON 3% + TERBUTHYLAZINE 25% OD
A selective post-emergence Oil Dispersion (OD) herbicide that provides broad-spectrum control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in maize. The combination delivers rapid foliar activity along with residual soil action, ensuring extended weed control and improved crop productivity.
Product Information
Topramezone (HRAC Group 27) inhibits 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD), disrupting carotenoid biosynthesis and causing intense tissue bleaching in targeted weeds. Nicosulfuron (HRAC Group 2) inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS), preventing essential branched-chain amino acid synthesis and halting cell division. Terbuthylazine (HRAC Group 5) inhibits Photosystem II (PS II), disrupting photosynthesis while providing long-lasting residual soil activity against germinating weed flushes.

Recommended Application Guidance
| Crop | Target Weeds | Dosage & Method of Application |
|---|---|---|
| Maize | Annual grasses and broadleaf weeds | Apply as a post-emergence spray when maize is at the 2–6 leaf stage and weeds are actively growing (2–4 leaf stage). Apply at the recommended label dosage with uniform spray coverage for optimum weed control and residual activity. |
