Fungicide
TEBUCONAZOLE 20% + TRIFLOXYSTROBIN 10% SC
A systemic suspension concentrate fungicide combining the curative activity of tebuconazole with the preventive activity of trifloxystrobin for broad-spectrum disease management.
Target Diseases
Powdery Mildew, Rusts, Anthracnose, Alternaria & Leaf Spots
Mode of Action
Ergosterol Biosynthesis Inhibition (DMI) + Mitochondrial Respiration Inhibition (QoI)
Use Sites
Cereals, Vegetables, Fruit Crops, Plantation Crops, Ornamentals
Active: Tebuconazole + Trifloxystrobin
Formulation: SC (Suspension Concentrate)
Systemic Curative + Preventive
Dual DMI & QoI Action
Product Information
Mode of Action
Tebuconazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by blocking the CYP51 enzyme required for fungal cell membrane formation (FRAC Group 3 – DMI Fungicides). Trifloxystrobin inhibits electron transport at the cytochrome bc1 complex, disrupting mitochondrial respiration and ATP production (FRAC Group 11 – QoI Fungicides).
Target Diseases
- Powdery mildew
- Rusts
- Anthracnose
- Alternaria spp.
- Leaf spots
Recommended Application Guidance
| Crop | Target Disease | Application Guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Wheat | Rusts | Don’t wait for visible pustules if forecasts indicate high-risk weather ahead. |
| Grapes | Powdery mildew | Reach fruit clusters directly, not just surrounding leaves. |
| Vegetables | Alternaria | Reapply on a schedule tied to local humidity and rainfall patterns, not a fixed calendar. |
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local dilution guidelines across registered crops, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agronomic specialists.
Application Instructions
1. Forecast-Guided & Direct Target Spraying
Apply preventively in wheat ahead of high-risk weather forecasts rather than waiting for visible rust pustules to develop. In grape vineyards, position nozzles to direct spray volume onto developing fruit clusters as well as foliage.
2. Weather-Adaptive Reapplication
In vegetable crops, tie reapplication intervals dynamically to weather conditions such as relative humidity levels and rainfall frequency rather than adhering to rigid calendar schedules.
Safety & Environmental Care
Always wear proper personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects; prevent chemical drift or runoff into nearby waterways, ponds, and drainage canals. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from foodstuffs and animal feed.
