Strobilurin + Triazole Fungicide
PYRACLOSTROBIN 13.3% + EPOXICONAZOLE 5% EC
A premium broad-spectrum fungicide combining strobilurin (QoI) and triazole (DMI) chemistry. It provides superior disease control across multiple crops, offering excellent systemic activity, protective and curative properties, and physiological plant health benefits.
Target Disease
Rust, Tikka, Sigatoka
Mode of Action
Respiration + Ergosterol Block
Crops
Groundnut, Coffee, Banana
Active: Pyraclostrobin + Epoxiconazole
Formulation: EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate)
Action: Systemic & Curative
Product Information
Mode of Action
Pyraclostrobin inhibits mitochondrial respiration at the Qo site of Complex III, blocking ATP energy production. Epoxiconazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by blocking the C14-demethylase enzyme, disrupting fungal cell membrane formation. This synergistic dual action provides strong systemic, protective, and curative activity.
Target Diseases
- Tikka Disease (Cercosporidium personatum)
- Cercospora Leaf Spot
- Rusts (Phakopsora pachyrhizi, Puccinia spp.) & Yellow Rust
- Alternaria Blight
- Leaf Blight (Maize)
- Sigatoka Leaf Spot (Banana)
Key Benefits
Enhances photosynthesis and stress tolerance (AgCelence effect), leading to greener crops and better quality yield.
Recommended Dosage
| Crop | Disease | Dosage (ml/Ha) | Water (L/Ha) | PHI (Days) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Groundnut | Tikka | 625 – 700 | 500 | 21 |
| Soybean | Cercospora Leaf Spot | 750 | 500 | 27 |
| Coffee | Rust | 750 | 750 | 37 |
| Wheat | Yellow Rust | 750 | 500 | 47 |
| Cumin | Alternaria Blight | 750 | 500 | 22 |
| Maize | Leaf Blight | 750 | 500 | 48 |
| Banana | Sigatoka Leaf Spot | 750 | 500 | 24 |
Dosage Note: The general recommendation is 750 ml per hectare, except for Groundnut where 625-700 ml is sufficient.
Application Instructions
1. Timing
Apply at early disease stages or during critical crop growth periods. Early application maximizes the physiological benefits (stress tolerance).
2. Resistance Management
Combines Group 11 (QoI) and Group 3 (DMI). This combination is highly effective for managing resistance, but it is recommended to rotate with other modes of action to preserve efficacy over the long term.
Safety Precautions
Harvest Interval: Strict adherence to PHI is critical:
Handling: Wear standard protective clothing.
- Coffee: 37 days
- Wheat: 47 days
- Maize: 48 days
Handling: Wear standard protective clothing.
