Product Information

Mode of Action

Oxadiargyl (HRAC Group 14) inhibits protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), causing cell desiccation and necrosis in broadleaf weeds. Pretilachlor (HRAC Group 15) inhibits very-long-chain fatty acid (VLCFA) synthesis, halting seedling emergence. Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl (HRAC Group 2) inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme activity, stopping amino acid synthesis and weed growth. Their combined action delivers long-lasting residual control and resistance management.

Target Weeds
  • Echinochloa spp. (Barnyardgrass)
  • Echinochloa colona (Jungle Rice)
  • Cyperus difformis
  • Fimbristylis miliacea
  • Monochoria vaginalis
  • Ludwigia parviflora
  • Annual grasses, sedges, and broadleaf weeds

Recommended Application Guidance

Recommended Crops Target Weeds Dosage & Method of Application
Transplanted & Direct-Seeded Rice Annual grasses, sedges & broadleaf weeds Apply as a pre- or early post-emergence spray as per the recommended label dosage with uniform coverage.
Rice Fields Mixed weed flora Apply when weeds are at the early growth stage for optimum control.
For specific ml/ha or L/ha dosage rates and local spray volume recommendations, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agricultural extension specialists.

Application Instructions

1. Pre- or Early Post-Emergence Timing
Apply as a pre-emergence or early post-emergence spray when weeds are in their initial growth stages to ensure rapid uptake and maximum residual activity.
2. Uniform Coverage & Water Management
Ensure uniform soil and foliar coverage using calibrated spray equipment. Maintain recommended field water management practices in paddy fields before and after application to optimize product efficacy.

Safety & Environmental Care

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, face mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Avoid spray drift or chemical runoff into non-target crops and nearby water bodies. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from food, drink, and animal feed.
