Active: Metiram + Pyraclostrobin Formulation: WG (Water Dispersible Granule) Action: Systemic, Translaminar & Contact

Product Information

Mode of Action

Metiram acts as a broad-spectrum multi-site contact fungicide, disrupting thiol-dependent enzyme systems in fungal cells. Pyraclostrobin is a strobilurin that inhibits mitochondrial respiration at the Qo site (Complex III), blocking energy production. This combination provides both external protection and internal systemic/translaminar defense.

Target Diseases
  • Downy mildew & Powdery mildew
  • Early & Late Blight
  • Anthracnose & Purple Blotch
  • Leaf Spots (Alternaria, Cercospora, Sigatoka)
  • Tikka Disease & Premature Leaf Fall
Key Benefits

Enhances green leaf duration and nitrogen assimilation, leading to higher quality produce and yield (AgCelence effect).

Application Instructions

1. Timing
Apply preventively or at the early stages of disease development. Repeat applications at 7-12 day intervals depending on disease pressure.
2. Plant Health
Use during critical growth stages (flowering, fruit setting) to maximize the physiological benefits (stress tolerance, greening) offered by Pyraclostrobin.

Safety Precautions

Harvest Interval: Strict adherence to PHI is critical, especially for export crops like Banana (85 days), Pomegranate (67 days), and Cotton (45 days).

Resistance Management: Combines Group M3 (Multi-site) and Group 11 (Strobilurin). Excellent for resistance management, but do not rely solely on strobilurins for the entire season.
