Mode of Action
Imazethapyr inhibits the ALS (Acetolactate Synthase) enzyme, blocking the synthesis of essential branched-chain amino acids (valine, leucine, and isoleucine). It is absorbed through both roots and foliage and translocated to meristematic regions, effectively stopping weed growth.

Application Instructions
1. Mixing
This product is a Water Dispersible Granule (WDG). Pre-mix the required quantity in a small bucket of water to ensure granules are fully dispersed before adding to the main spray tank with agitation.
2. Timing of Application
Apply as a post-emergence spray when weeds are actively growing and in the 2-4 leaf stage. Early application ensures better control and prevents competition with the crop.
Safety Precautions
Warning: Wear protective gear (gloves, mask, boots). As an ALS inhibitor, be mindful of crop rotation restrictions, as residues may persist in the soil and affect sensitive follow-up crops.
