Active: Fluxapyroxad + Captan
Formulation: SC (Suspension Concentrate)
Systemic SDHI + Multi-Site Contact
Broad-Spectrum Disease Control
Product Information
Mode of Action
Fluxapyroxad (FRAC Group 7) inhibits succinate dehydrogenase, disrupting fungal respiration and cellular energy production. Captan (FRAC Group M4) acts as a multi-site contact fungicide by disrupting multiple enzyme systems within fungal cells, preventing spore germination and supporting resistance management.
Target Diseases
- Scab
- Alternaria
- Anthracnose
- Botrytis (Gray Mold)
- Leaf spots
Recommended Application Guidance
| Crop | Target Disease | Application Guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Apple | Scab | Apply ahead of forecasted wetting periods, since scab infection depends on leaf wetness duration. |
| Tomato | Alternaria | Increase frequency once lower-canopy lesions appear, as spread accelerates from that point. |
| Grapes | Botrytis | Prioritize spray timing around bloom and pre-harvest, the two highest-risk windows. |
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local dilution guidelines across registered crops, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agronomic specialists.
Application Instructions
1. Weather & Disease Threshold Timing
Apply preventively ahead of forecasted wetting events to control scab in tree fruits. In row crops like tomatoes, increase application frequency promptly when lower-canopy lesions appear to arrest rapid disease escalation.
2. Critical Stage Protection
Target spray applications at critical crop vulnerability stages, such as bloom and pre-harvest in vineyards, where Botrytis infection risk is highest. Ensure thorough canopy coverage.
Safety & Environmental Care
Always wear proper personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask, protective clothing) during spray preparation and handling. Toxic to aquatic organisms; prevent chemical drift or runoff into surface waters and drainage ditches. Store in original sealed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from food and animal feed.
