Mode of Action

Fenvalerate is a potent synthetic pyrethroid. It disrupts the normal function of the insect nervous system by interfering with sodium channels. This causes repetitive nerve discharges, leading to hyperexcitation, paralysis, and death. The fine dust particles adhere to the insect’s body as they crawl through treated areas, ensuring effective contact and stomach toxicity.

Application Method

Apply as a fine dust directly into cracks, crevices, voids, behind baseboards, under appliances, and around pipe entry points.

Directions for Use

1. Preparation
Identify pest harbourage areas. Clean the area of debris before application to improve dust adherence. Use a hand duster or puff duster for precise application.
2. Application Technique
Apply a light, thin layer of dust. Heavy piles of dust are repellent to insects. Inject the dust into voids and cracks where insects hide during the day.
3. Restrictions
Do not use on surfaces where food is prepared or served. Do not apply to wet areas, as the dust will cake and become ineffective. Keep pets away from treated areas.

Precautions: Avoid inhaling dust. Wear a dust mask and gloves. Toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates; do not contaminate water sources.
