FAMOXADONE 30% + OXATHIAPIPROLIN 3% SE

FAMOXADONE + OXATHIAPIPROLIN SE Bottle
Advanced Oomycete Fungicide

FAMOXADONE 30% + OXATHIAPIPROLIN 3% SE

An advanced combination fungicide pairing strobilurin with novel piperidinyl thiazole isoxazoline chemistry. It provides exceptional control of oomycete diseases (Downy Mildew, Late Blight) with preventive and curative properties, along with strong anti-sporulant and translaminar activity.

Target Disease
Downy Mildew, Late Blight
Mode of Action
Respiration + Lipid Block
Crops
Grapes, Tomato, Potato
Active: Famoxadone + Oxathiapiprolin Formulation: SE (Suspo-Emulsion) Action: Translaminar & Anti-sporulant

Product Information

Mode of Action

Famoxadone inhibits mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the Qo site of Complex III. [Image of QoI fungicide mitochondrial respiration inhibition] Oxathiapiprolin acts on the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP), disrupting lipid metabolism and membrane biosynthesis. [Image of oxathiapiprolin mode of action] This novel mode of action is highly effective against resistant strains of oomycetes.

Target Diseases
  • Downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola, Pseudoperonospora cubensis)
  • Late blight (Phytophthora infestans)
  • Pythium diseases
  • Phytophthora root and crown rot
Key Benefits

Exceptional rainfastness and translaminar activity protect both treated surfaces and the undersides of leaves. Strong anti-sporulant activity stops disease spread.

Recommended Dosage

Crop Disease Dosage Concentration
Grapes Downy Mildew 200 – 300 ml/ha 0.04 – 0.05%
Potato Late Blight 200 – 300 ml/ha 0.04 – 0.05%
Tomato Late Blight 200 – 300 ml/ha 0.04 – 0.05%
Cucurbits Downy Mildew 200 – 300 ml/ha 0.04 – 0.05%
Dosage Note: The recommended rate is 200-300 ml per hectare. In terms of concentration, this is approximately 40-50 ml per 100 Liters of water.

Application Instructions

1. Timing
Apply preventively before disease onset or at the very early stages of infection. Repeat applications every 7-10 days under high disease pressure (cool, humid conditions).
2. Resistance Management
Contains Oxathiapiprolin (Group 49) and Famoxadone (Group 11). This combination is robust against resistance, but sequential applications should be limited to preserve efficacy.

Safety Precautions

Harvest Interval: Refer to the product leaflet for specific Pre-Harvest Intervals (PHI) for each crop, as they can vary significantly (typically 3-7 days for vegetables, longer for grapes).

Handling: Wear standard protective clothing.
