EMAMECTIN BENZOATE 2.7% + LUFENURON 6% SC

Dual-action insecticide designed to provide effective control of damaging caterpillar pests while disrupting their life cycle. Combines rapid larvicidal activity with long-lasting growth regulation to minimize reinfestation and protect crop productivity.

Target Pest
Bollworms, Fruit Borers & Caterpillars
Mode of Action
Glutamate Cl- Activation + Chitin Synthesis Inhibitor
Target Crops
Cotton, Chilli, Tomato, Cabbage, Soybean
Active: Abamectin-aminomethyl + Lufenuron Formulation: SC (Suspension Concentrate) Rapid Larvicidal Activity Life Cycle Disruption

Product Information

Mode of Action

Abamectin-aminomethyl (IRAC Group 6) activates glutamate-gated chloride channels, impairing nerve and muscle function. Lufenuron (IRAC Group 15) inhibits chitin biosynthesis, preventing successful moulting and development of immature insects.

Target Pests
  • Bollworms
  • Tobacco Caterpillar
  • Diamondback Moth (DBM)
  • Fruit Borer
  • Semi-loopers

Recommended Application

Recommended Crops Targeted Pests Dosage & Method of Application
Cotton Bollworms Apply against early larval populations for optimum suppression.
Chilli Fruit Borer Maintain complete coverage of foliage and fruiting structures.
Tomato Fruit Borer Spray before extensive feeding damage becomes visible.
Cabbage Diamondback Moth Apply at the onset of larval infestation.
Soybean Semi-loopers Follow regular field scouting to determine application timing.
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and spray volumes across recommended field and vegetable crops, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agricultural experts.

Application Instructions

1. Field Scouting & Timing
Conduct regular field scouting and apply at the onset of egg hatch or early larval populations before extensive feeding damage becomes visible.
2. Foliar & Structure Coverage
Ensure thorough and complete coverage of foliage and fruiting structures so larvae ingest active residues to stop moulting and development.

Safety & Environmental Care

Packaged in a white plastic bottle. Always wear protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection during spray prep and application. Avoid spraying near water bodies and during peak pollinator foraging periods.
