Product Information

Mode of Action

Cyhalodiamide activates ryanodine receptors causing unregulated calcium release in muscle cells. Metaflumizone blocks sodium channels preventing nerve signal transmission. This synergistic combination causes rapid feeding cessation, paralysis, and mortality.

Target Pests
  • Bollworms (Helicoverpa armigera, Pectinophora gossypiella)
  • Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda)
  • Stem borers (Chilo suppressalis, Scirpophaga incertulas)
  • Fruit borers (Helicoverpa armigera)
  • Diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella)
Key Benefits

Excellent tool for resistance management and IPM programs due to its novel combination of chemistries.

Application Instructions

1. Application Timing
Apply at the early larval stages for maximum efficacy. The rapid feeding cessation property ensures that crop damage stops almost immediately after application.
2. Resistance Management
This product combines two different modes of action (Group 28 and Group 22B), making it highly effective against pests resistant to conventional insecticides. Rotate with other chemistries to maintain this efficacy.

Safety Precautions

IPM Compatibility: Designed to be compatible with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) systems, showing favorable safety profiles for non-target organisms.

Handling: Wear standard protective clothing during mixing and spraying. Avoid inhalation of spray mist.
