BUPROFEZIN 22% + SPIROTETRAMAT 11% SC
Systemic combination insecticide offering contact and ingestion activity against sucking insects at all life stages. Features two-way systemic movement (Spirotetramat) and molting inhibition (Buprofezin) for comprehensive control.
Target Pest
Sucking Pests, Scales, Mites
Mode of Action
Lipid & Chitin Inhibitor
Crops
Veg, Fruits, Cotton
Active: Buprofezin + Spirotetramat
Formulation: SC (Suspension Concentrate)
Action: Systemic & Contact
Product Information
Mode of Action
Buprofezin: Inhibits chitin synthesis, disrupting exoskeleton formation and molting in immature stages.
Spirotetramat: Inhibits acetyl-CoA carboxylase (lipid metabolism), impairing growth and reproduction. It exhibits “ambimobility” (two-way systemic movement) in the plant xylem and phloem.

Application Instructions
1. Mixing
Shake the SC bottle well. Mix the required quantity in a small amount of water to make a slurry before adding to the main tank. Maintain agitation during spraying.
2. Timing of Application
Apply at the early stages of pest development. Due to Spirotetramat’s two-way systemic action, it effectively controls hidden pests, but uptake requires active plant growth. Ensure the plant is not under drought stress during application.
Safety Precautions
General Safety: Wear protective clothing (gloves, mask, goggles). Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling.
Environmental: Toxic to aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate water bodies. Follow local guidelines regarding bee safety and re-entry intervals.
