Mode of Action
Benzobicyclon inhibits the enzyme HPPD, disrupting carotenoid biosynthesis. This leads to the bleaching and necrosis of weed leaves. It is absorbed by shoots and roots and translocated to the growing tissues of the weed.

Standard dosage is 400–500 ml per hectare. Maintain adequate water level in the paddy field for effective uptake.
Application Instructions
1. Mixing
This product is a Suspension Concentrate (SC). Shake well before use. Mix the required quantity in a small amount of water to make a slurry before adding to the main tank with agitation.
2. Timing of Application
Apply as a post-emergence herbicide. It is highly effective when weeds are young (2-4 leaf stage). Benzobicyclon works well in flooded conditions; maintain water depth after application for best results.
Safety Precautions
Warning: Wear personal protective equipment. Toxic to aquatic organisms; avoid draining treated field water directly into sensitive aquatic environments. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
