Product Information

Mode of Action

Kasugamycin (FRAC Group 24 – Antibiotics) inhibits protein synthesis in susceptible bacteria by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, preventing bacterial multiplication. Oxine-copper (FRAC Group M1 – Inorganic Copper Fungicides) gradually releases copper ions that interfere with multiple enzyme systems and metabolic processes within fungal and bacterial cells, providing broad-spectrum protective activity.

Target Diseases
  • Bacterial leaf blight
  • Bacterial spot
  • Bacterial canker
  • Anthracnose
  • Leaf spots

Recommended Application Guidance

Crop Target Disease Application Guidance
Rice Bacterial leaf blight Treat promptly at first symptoms; bacterial spread accelerates fast in warm, wet weather.
Tomato Bacterial spot Direct spray onto both leaf surfaces, since bacteria colonize undersides as readily.
Fruit crops Bacterial canker Sync applications with pruning cycles to shield fresh cuts.
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local dilution guidelines across registered crops, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agronomic specialists.

Application Instructions

1. Early Symptom Intervention & Weather Preparedness
Apply immediately upon detection of initial bacterial disease symptoms in rice, as warm, wet weather conditions trigger rapid bacterial spread across field crops.
2. Dual-Surface Canopy Coverage & Pruning Shield
In tomatoes, adjust spray nozzles to thoroughly coat both upper and lower leaf surfaces where bacterial spot pathogens colonize. In fruit crops, time applications directly following pruning operations to protect open wounds.

Safety & Environmental Care

Always wear proper personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Toxic to aquatic life; avoid chemical drift or runoff into surface waters, streams, and ponds. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from foodstuffs, drink, and animal feed.
