Product Information
Mode of Action
Fluopyram belongs to FRAC Group 7, inhibiting succinate dehydrogenase in fungal cellular respiration. Tetraconazole belongs to FRAC Group 3, inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis through CYP51 enzyme inhibition, disrupting fungal cell membrane structure and growth.
Target Diseases
- Powdery mildew
- Rusts
- Leaf spots
- Alternaria
- Cercospora leaf spot
Recommended Application Guidance
| Crop | Target Disease | Application Guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Sugar beet | Cercospora leaf spot | Begin the program before lesions form; Cercospora spreads quickly once established. |
| Wheat | Rusts | Scout regularly through stem elongation, the period when rust pressure typically builds fastest. |
| Vegetables | Powdery mildew | Rotate spray timing with weather — mildew favors dry days following humid nights. |
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local dilution guidelines across registered crops, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agronomic specialists.
Application Instructions
1. Early Preventive Program & Scouting
Initiate applications preventively before lesions form in susceptible crops like sugar beet. Conduct regular field scouting during high-risk crop stages, such as stem elongation in cereals.
2. Weather-Adjusted Spraying
Adjust spray schedules based on weather conditions—particularly during periods of humid nights followed by warm, dry days that accelerate powdery mildew infection in vegetable crops.
Safety & Environmental Care
Always wear proper personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects; prevent spray drift or runoff into nearby waterways, ponds, and drainage canals. Store in original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from food and feed.
