MYCLOBUTANIL + THIODIAZOLE ZINC Bottle
Systemic Fungicide + Immunomodulator

MYCLOBUTANIL 5% + THIODIAZOLE ZINC 20% SC

A unique combination fungicide pairing a systemic triazole with a plant defense activator and micronutrient. It provides disease control through direct fungicidal action and enhanced plant immunity via zinc supplementation and SAR activation.

Target Disease
Mildew, Scab, Spots
Mode of Action
Ergosterol Block + SAR
Crops
Grapes, Fruit, Veg
Active: Myclobutanil + Thiodiazole Zinc Formulation: SC (Suspension Concentrate) Action: Systemic & Immunization

Product Information

Mode of Action

Myclobutanil is a systemic fungicide that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by blocking the C14-demethylase enzyme, disrupting the fungal cell membrane. [Image of ergosterol biosynthesis inhibition mechanism] Thiodiazole Zinc acts as a plant defense activator by triggering Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) pathways. [Image of systemic acquired resistance mechanism in plants] It induces natural defense mechanisms while the Zinc component provides essential micronutrient supplementation for improved vigor.

Target Diseases
  • Powdery mildew
  • Scab
  • Leaf spots
  • Anthracnose
  • Downy mildew
Key Benefits

Dual benefit of disease control and nutritional supplementation. Reduces dependency on conventional fungicides alone by boosting the plant’s own immunity.

Recommended Dosage

Crop Disease Dosage (ml/Ha) Water (L/Ha)
Grapes Powdery Mildew, Anthracnose, Downy Mildew 500 – 750 500 – 750
Vegetables Leaf Spots, Mildews 500 – 750 500
Fruit Crops Scab, Mildew 500 – 750 500 – 1000
Tree Crops Leaf Spots, Anthracnose 500 – 750 500 – 1000
Dosage Note: The recommended rate is 500-750 ml per hectare, or a concentration of 0.1% (1 ml per Liter of water).

Application Instructions

1. Timing
Preventive application is best. The plant defense activator (Thiodiazole Zinc) requires time to induce resistance pathways before the pathogen attacks. Apply before disease onset.
2. Frequency
Repeat applications every 12-15 days. This interval ensures continuous protection from Myclobutanil and sustained immunity from Thiodiazole Zinc.

Safety Precautions

Handling: Wear standard protective clothing.

Compatibility: Generally compatible with most common agrochemicals, but always perform a jar test before tank mixing, especially given the Zinc component.
